It looks like we’re all set. We’ll launch Cotracks tomorrow Monday, 23 September 2013. I’m so happy!
It’s a shame we have such a limited resources, and i’ve just had to bite the bullet on Kairatune development. However, now that Cotracks is closer to launch, i’ve been able to squeeze some development time into Kairatune. I’m happy to say it won’t be long until a major compatibility update is ready for public.
We finally have a dedicated company forum hosted by KVR Audio. Having fiddled around with phpBB a couple of times in the past, i really prefer not to host our forum by myself. KVR hosts probably the best forums i’ve ever been to, and has been extremely kind to provide us with our own little place on their site. Please visit the forum if you have any questions about Futucraft’s stuff.
We’ve been developing a new music software called Cotracks. It’s a collaborative music studio for the iPad, and it’s taken most of our time in the past year or so. We’ve had some really good time while testing it and we’re very exited about the upcoming launch.
The new website is up and running. I removed the posts containing Kairatune sound samples. The audio player plugin didn’t work anymore. AFAIK all other content is available, although many URL’s have changed.
I’m setting up a new website on a new server. The current service has not been the best possible. The load times have been just too long just too often. I really hope the new server will perform better, but we’ll see about that. The site may behave a bit weird or be occasionally down during the next couple of days. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
Version 1.1.1 of Kairatune Virtual Instrument is out for download. This version fixes some minor user interface bugs and an FXP/FXB file version bug that caused headache when attempting to export sounds on some hosts.
